The 免费黑料网' first SAS strategy aims to improve access to development opportunities and recognition as well as SAS psychiatrists' experience of their profession.

The SAS strategy – published April 2023 - sets out to support SAS psychiatrists to fulfil their potential and have a rewarding career by focusing on four areas:

• supporting education and research
• improving Care
• influencing system-level change
• belonging to the College.

Serving a diverse group, the strategy will help those who need to gain access to education and training to acquire competencies, as well as those who are seeking recognition for already-acquired competencies.
