Luciana Berger served as the Member of Parliament for Liverpool Wavertree between 2010 and 2019. During her three parliamentary terms, Luciana was the Shadow Minister of Public Health and was the first ever Shadow Cabinet Minister for Mental Health. Luciana was also a member of the Health and Social Care Select Committee between 2016 and 2019.

Today Luciana is Chair of the Maternal Mental Health Alliance and has recently led a review into mental health and prevention for the Labour Party. Luciana is also an advisory board member of the Money and Mental Health Policy Institute and Vice-President of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. Luciana entered the House of Lords in March of this year.
