How decisions are made
The Board of Trustees have ultimate responsibility for decisions made by the College, but may delegate some area to the Council, or other committees.
This newly developed scheme of delegation and video outlines the key decision making areas across the College, and shows which group inputs or has the deciding power. All decisions are included in the Bye-laws and Regulations.
A scheme of delegation helps to show the flow of decision making through the College, from formulation to final agreement.
If you have any questions about the scheme of delegation, please contact the Governance team - governance@rcpsych.ac.uk.
