SIRAN is a quality improvement and accreditation network for mental health organisations' patient safety and serious incident response processes. 

"SIRAN ensures our processes are of an exceptionally high quality and for the quality to be continually measured and monitored as part of the peer review process. We gained insight from other organisations, with a view to learn and improve our own internal processes and to strengthen partnership working with other agencies who are either SIRAN accredited, or going through the process." - North East London NHS Foundation Trust
